Cancellation Policy

Language Tutor we understand that schedules can change. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness for both students and tutors while maintaining the quality of our services.

Lesson Cancellation & Rescheduling

✅ Student Cancellations:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule without penalty.
• If canceled within 24 hours, the full lesson fee will be charged.

✅ Tutor Cancellations:

• If a tutor cancels, students will be offered a rescheduled session or a full refund.

✅ Missed Lessons (No-Shows):

• If a student does not attend a lesson without prior notice, the session is non-refundable.

Subscription & Package Cancellations

• Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime, but refunds will not be issued for unused lessons.
• Lesson packages must be used within the validity period and are non-refundable once purchased.

Emergency Situations

• In case of illness or emergencies, we may offer flexible rescheduling on a case-by-case basis.
